Who I am
My name is Andrew Kropff and I am a Content Marketer and Digital Designer in sunny Florida.
I am a jack of many trades and I wear many hats but my greatest skill is doing. I get things done.
I’m most experienced in marketing, advertising, and digital design. Sure, I can build a website, setup Google AdWords, design digital and print graphics, grow communities, create digital media, and manage projects. But those are just details. My specialty is solving problems.
Give me a challenge I will overcome it or find someone who can do it faster and better. Hand me a project and I’ll turn it into a repeatable and measurable process.
I believe marketing is about building a community, not just writing blogs and publishing videos. After all, people don’t buy what you sell, they buy why you sell it. By engaging your community and empowering your brand evangelists, your products and services will sell themselves.
Advertising is about treating people like people, not just an opportunity to make money. The internet has fundamentally changed how advertising works, and we’re just beginning to catch up with the technology. It starts with targeting unique individuals and nurturing your relationship with them. Advertising doesn’t end with a closed sale, that is just the beginning of a new relationship.
Design should communicate across barriers. Design is a discipline of ideas, refinement, and reflection. Often design is mistaken as aesthetics. But design is really the arrangement of information optimized for communication. Good design is art, and art has good design.
When not marketing, adverting, or designing, I love playing video games, rock climbing, biking, exploring nature, and making nerdy things. Most weekends you can find me with my wife Michelle going for a walk.
